The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                         
April 25, 2003, calendar (page 1129), was read the third time:                                      
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 224                                                                              
    "An Act relating to a tobacco product manufacturer's compliance                                 
    with certain statutory requirements regarding cigarette sales; and                              
    providing for an effective date."
